About Katerina

I'd describe my personality as responsible, energetic and ready to learn I like working with kids because I like the way they think, see the world and their curiosity. They are our biggest teachers. I'm looking for a job that allows me to connect on personal level. I have been friends with all the families I babysat for in the past in Carroll Gardens area who became like a second family. I started working with kids when I was a camp counselor and from there I got more seriously into it as I was an Au-pair in England in 2013. Later on moving to NYC I have taken care of children from several families and really enjoyed this type of work. In my spare time, I like to do yoga/Pilates. I like to further educate myself on different topics and I love to spend time with my husband and our kid and explore the city together. My skills include patience, understanding and kindness. I am mom and a step- mom myself so I have lot of grace in messy situations.
