About Katelynn

Hello all! My name is Katelynn and I am a cum laude graduate from Texas A&M University and certified teacher in the state of Texas for grades Pre-K through Sixth located in The Woodlands, TX. During the Spring 2023 semester, I had the opportunity to student teach in a fourth-grade math and science classroom in Bryan, TX. This experience has given me hands-on experience in generating lesson plans aligned with structured goals, implementing classroom management systems, identifying accommodations for individual students' needs, differentiating instruction according to the individual needs of each student, and designing professional goals around teaching. Drawing on this experience, it has introduced me to and prepared me for the responsibilities of a tutor. I am also familiar with the math and science curriculums for grades 1-6.
