Katelyn originally applied to a job I posted a year ago, but was filled just prior. I kept her information in case I needed PT care in the future. I reached out to her once our situation changed & she expressed interest in the position, but responded as if she had already been given the job. I completed a phone interview with her and due to us providing a vehicle asked about her driving record. The responses she gave came with some hesitation, in my opinion. But she seemed nice & I scheduled a face to face interview with her, setting a date and time. I told her I would provide the address as we got closer to the interview date. When I reached out to her prior to the interview, she did not respond. Then about an hour after the time she was scheduled to have met with our family she said she could no longer accept the job. The job was not offered to her, it was an interview that would require references and a background check. Disappointed she did not cancel prior to the interview time.
