I'm a registered nurse with over 17 years of experience in the medical field. Caring for loved ones is what I do best. I've work with all different ages on all different kinds of units. my favorite patients to work with, BY FAR, has been the geriatric population . Each and every one of them is a book of stories. knowledge. and advice. And quite frankly I feel they are the only ones that have earned to be grumpy if that may be the case. I have an abundance of patience, I am reassuring, and a fantastic companion. I've seen and dealt with a lot as a nurse. I have an extensive amount of experience with dementia/ Alzheimer's patients, stroke care, medication administration, mobility issues, etc. Every patient that I have ever encountered has been treated as if they were my own family member.
