About Kate

Hi, my name is Kate and I am currently a second-year student, double majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies! I am looking to begin babysitting again over the summer as I will have more free time, and because I have over 10 years of experience caregiving for children and autistic teens. My experience with children has been through the Autism Society of Tulare County, where I worked for four years - running the day program for children [and adults] that have a range of intellectual disabilities. My experiences with children have made me a more patient, compassionate, and caring human and I am extremely excited to begin working with them again! I will be taking courses over the summer, but 2 of them will be online allowing me to have a very free schedule. I have a car that seats 5, and I love pets. I would consider myself an extremely positive, active, and attentive person and I cannot wait to begin!
