About Kassandra

I graduated from Seton Hall in 2022 with a degree in elementary and special education. Currently I'm looking for something flexible as I am a full-time teacher. In the summer I am more available and able to give more of my time. One thing families should know about me is my work in education. I am a new, young teacher working in a resource room currently. Therefore, my job is helping students with different learning disabilities catch up with general education students. The most common learning disabilities I work with are students with ADD and dyslexia. My passion is educating young minds, so that is something I'd like to incorporate into any job position I have. My top three child care skills are decision making, patience and creativity. As a teacher, I make hundreds of decisions everyday. I have worked with many different personalities and balancing them all at once requires extreme patience and understanding. I am creativity in creating fun, engaging activities.
