I have known Kassandra for about 6 years during which I have gotten to know her quite well. She is a creative, bright, reliable young lady with a great sense of responsibility. When I became pregnant with my now two year old son, I knew that I would need someone that I can trust to care for him. For the past two summers Kassandra was that person. It was hard for me to leave my 4 month old baby to go back to work but she made me feel so comfortable about leaving him with her that I left knowing he was in good hands. She is absolutely great with children and I could not have picked a better person to care for him. Now that my son is two she still babysits for me occasionally whenever needed. She is extremely reliable and somehow always available no matter how last minute my needs may be. she does very well in following my very strict rules regarding my son's schedule and her artistic background allows her to incorporate creative activities with my son throughout the day. My son absolutely loves her and anytime I need a child care provider I think of Kassandra. Her sweet and loving manners allow children to feel comfortable with her and as a parent that is one of the most important things I look for. I highly recommend her for any position that has to do with caring for children. I hope that you will consider her for this position as I am confident that she will do an excellent job. She will be loved by children and their parents alike.
