About Karyle

My name is Karyle but I prefer being called Kyla. I am a junior nursing student at VCU. My experience working with children has been at the hospital during my clinical's at the PEDS/NICU/L&D unit. I believe that I have a passion when it comes to taking care of kids because of my Nursing background. I have always been told that it's easy for me to get along with kids because of my bubbly and social personality! I put importance into respect and boundaries which is why I would normally have the parents talk to me about their parenting skills so that I don't overstep their boundaries as parents. I am of great help around the house especially growing up in a household where my parents had to work overseas and I was in charge of raising my little sister. Communication is important to me as well as trust and respect.
