Karla did an amazing job jumping in and caring for my 10 month old twins. It was a last minute job to provide care while our other full time nanny was out for about a month. Karla slid right into the position and provided the twins with superb care. She was dependable, trustworthy, flexible, timely and put the safety of the twins before all else. I felt very comfortable while Karla was caring for my active babies and had absolutely no concerns. I would hire her back in an instant (and hope she stays on to babysit or fill in as needed!!)
