About Karla

I'm a mom of 3 grown children and who has spent the last few decades caring for my family. Now that my children are grown and have their own lives, I suddenly have lots of extra time on my hands. I initially joined this app thinking I could care for children but giving it some thought, I realize I have lots of life experience with caring for older family members. It's a privilege to be able to care for our parents, albeit wearing on the caregiver. It's also a careful balancing act to know how to care for our elders without taking their dignity away. I enjoy caring for others and I look forward to not only giving you a much earned break but also getting to know your senior family member as well!
