About Karina

Hello! My name is Karina. I'm a part time college student majoring in Early Childhood Education. I have 5 years of experience working with infants and toddlers and I absolutely love caring for children. I'm calm natured, gentle, responsive, child-led, and love being outside. I started my work in child care as nanny for two infant twin boys until the age of 3. I then landed a job as a cheer coach for girls aged 4-7. With that being said I'm very comfortable caring for infants and young children. Some activities I enjoy doing while caring for children are arts and crafts, baking, picnics in the park and puzzles! I'd describe my personality as optimistic, empathetic with a strong sense of wonder! I am deeply connect to my inner child and it's why I love working with kids! My desire to learn , to see the good in everything, to explore, to experiment and always chase the feeling of wonder and excitement is something I hope to never lose.
