Karen is a great caregiver. She has knowledge coupled with common sense and is quick to put one at ease. She is good with people of all ages and pets!!!!! She is quick to assess situations and act accordingly. She communicates with family well and has represented our family in medical emergencies. She is prompt and goes the extra mile.
