About Karen

Although my previous 40 years of life has taken me along the path of childcare and house duties with my own children, as my parents are now 80 and 77, mother in law is 66. They live in Australia. I am available to visit with, transport, take on outings/take to medical appointments/ grocery trips and assist with home tasks such as assisting with dressing, light housekeeping, laundry/wardrobe, folding, sorting & hanging clothes, putting away groceries, basic meal preparation, basic home cleaning, tidying refrigerator, dishwashing & sorting the pantry. I may be able to assist with other tasks such as mobility, medication reminders, other duties however while I am not trained or experienced in aged care, yet, I am more than willing to assist in this regard. I have completed a Certificate in Health and Certificates in Nutrition and Obesity/Diabetes management
