I have been involved with children for more years than I can count. With my husband's work , we have moved many a time in our 48 years of marriage and I have cared for many children. When my daughter was young, I taught school, and after three years decided to bring her home and teach her until she went into high school. I believe interaction with children is vital and with that being said I am not on my phone unless an emergency arises . I love to read and teach. While taking strolls, there's always something to learn while outside, something to appreciate. I do consider manners to be part of learning as well.

Karen is a warm, kind, and passionate person. She worked with our daughter for a little over a year and helped her meet numerous social, language, and developmental milestones that were far above her age. Karen was always punctual. She was also very flexible and willing to help when schedules needed to change. Karen’s passion for caring for my daughter made it much easier for me to go to work every day. My husband and I cannot recommend Karen enough, and are sad that our time with her has come to an end.
