Karen worked for us approximately 25 hours a week, picking our younger up from preschool, meeting our older at the bus, and overseeing homework and play until we get home from work. We have had her drive our girls without any issues, and she takes the kids places like the pool, parks, Kaleidoscope, etc. If you are in need of a nanny, I cannot recommend Karen more highly. We were sad when our need for a nanny ended.
