About Karen
Experience: 10 yrs
After over 30 years of employment as a paralegal in law offices, I am now able to spend my days earning money by using my education, employment and life experience to provide comfort, companionship and support to humans of all ages and their guardians and loved-ones. I have, of course, lots of babysitting and pet-sitting experience both as a teenager, and in the many years since. In addition to my employment in the legal field, I have been a waitress, direct care worker for developmentally disabled adults, volunteer on a crisis line (after undergoing appropriate training), volunteer for an animal adoption society and provided administrative and personal assistance to a child psychologist in her home and office. I have enjoyed all of my employment immensely, and am grateful for the knowledge and friendships I have gained. I am looking forward to again working with people in their homes, supporting and assisting them in living and enjoying their lives.

Karen just stayed with my two Shorkies for 6 days. Sissy and Rocky live with many advantages so there is a lot to remember to keep them happy, and she did. When I returned the dogs were safe and happy. She also watered all my outside plants, kept the house neat and clean, and took care of everything she had used. If Karen is available I will hire her whenever my dogs need a sitter. Oh, and she frequently communicated with me and sent picture of the dogs and their activities. I thank Karen for giving me peace of mind.
