I speak Spanish fluently (can tutor) and love arts, crafts, and pets; I enjoy all sorts of activities with children. I am happy doing basic household upkeep and preparing meals. I am a non-smoker, have a valid driver's license, and great references available upon request. I am also fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Karen started with us three years ago to help with after-school care for our 12 yo daughter and 9 yo son, as my husband and I both work full-time. Karen is a beautiful human being, and I do not exaggerate when I say I would not have been able to take on a new FT role running an organization without her in our lives. She is a dream to any working mother and has helped with laundry, meal prep, activity shuttling, homework, and so forth. Most importantly, she is lovely with children; our kids love her, and she has become part of our family!
