1st and foremost Karen is a parent herself and hence understands how children may behave when they're tired, hungry, or simply sleepy. In addition to this understanding, she also hasn't forgotten what it means to be a kid. I believe both these understandings is what makes Karen an excellent baby sitter. When she does take care of my little sister (10 years old) or my niece (5 years old), it's only a matter of days after, that they're asking when Karen is coming back to babysit. I have also left my niece in Karen's care when she's been fussy and only to find out she had fun in Karen's care. I appreciate the days Karen is able to baby sit and would definitely recommend her to any parent in need!
