About Kara

Hello, My name is Kara and I would love to help care for you and your family! I have a college degree in Psychology and work in the behavior health field. I have training in the following areas: Child and adolescent development, trauma informed care, caring for children with special needs, car seat safety/installation, de-escalation, adverse childhood experiences, safe sleep, and have taught and utilized 1-2-3 Magic. I say all of this to help you rest assured that your child will be getting the best care while you are not there. I provide fun, educational, and balanced care and understand the importance of consistency and keeping a schedule. I have been working with children for years and have worked all demographics. I am a non-smoker and would love to be friends with any of your fur babies. I am CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
