About Kara

Hi, I'm Kara! I was born & raised in Oklahoma City & then attended college at Oklahoma State University. I have experience in human development & family science during the first half of college & then ultimately graduated with a PR degree. The first family I ever nannied for was right after college for a 5 & 6 yr old boy and girl. I moved to Chicago for a corporate job shortly after & lived there for 6 yrs & had two different nanny jobs while living there in between my corporate jobs. Another 5 yr old boy & then my most recent family - I started with their son when he was 3 mo. Since then, I've switched gears, went to aesthetics school & moved to Florida for a better quality of life. I'm currently in the process of transferring my license to FL. And I can't think of anything I would enjoy more than incorporating nannying back into my life! I love kids - I have 6 nieces & nephews myself. Ideally, I would like to keep nannying part-time while also going back into aesthetics part time.
