Hello, My name is Kara, I have been living in the Harrisonburg area since 2017. I work full-time for JMU and am looking to pick up some part-time work to save up for some travel money. I have a degree in Environmental Science and Biology, I have worked with students ages K-12 previous to my current role for 11 years and pride myself on my work ethic and organizational skills. I would love to help you and your family out in any odd jobs that there seems to be just too little time for as well as any organizational needs you may need for your home. I am also available for date- night and weekend baby sitting, or evening travel needs.

Kara is a well rounded individual. She is very responsible, reliable, helpful, punctual, loving, compassionate and hard working. She will attack any job with an organized plan to get it done efficiently. She follows any directions left for the task at hand. She verifies she understands what is expected of her. She's great with kids (all ages and abilities) and with pets. She is creative and can find ways to entertain little ones. She's very good with small or large tasks. She's watched my daughter, pet/house sat while we were away, helped with simple errands, gotten groceries and helped with yard chores. Wish she still lived in our area.
