Unfortunately reliability was not there. In her first week with us I was clear that I was going between her and another option and said I NEED reliability and at least two weeks notice if she didn’t want to continue with us. She reassured me to the moon that she was always reliable. Then all of the sudden she had car trouble and didn’t show for the day, the next day she had another job lined up for the first 2-3 hours before mine when she had had my schedule for weeks. And then when I asked for clarification if she was hoping to go another direction to start the search for her replacement she just did not respond. So unfortunately reliable only when it’s under her terms, but not objectively. She’s a sweet girl and I think when she matures and finds a good fit it’ll be good, but it’s sad we got trampled and left without communication on that journey.
