About Kalifa

I'd describe my personality as very bubbly, happy and incredibly patient, I'm animated, and childlike myself. I like working with kids because they are the future. I believe every person a child comes across should have the patience to teach them right from wrong, and answer all the questions they have with kindness and patience. I believe the fun and physical activity is important for children of all ages. One thing you should know about me is I will go above and beyond for your child. I believe that the people that children are around are important. I've always strived to have a great impact on children. My skills include emotional intelligence, when working with children in important to be emotionally intelligent because children are still learning about their own emotions. Conflict resolution is especially essential when there are siblings or friends being taken care of at the same time. The last skill I'm listing is active listening and communication because kids love to talk!
