About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, an experienced childcare professional with three years of working as an infant teacher within a daycare setting. My passion lies in fostering meaningful connections with both children and families through personalized, one-on-one care. Currently a senior at the University of Massachusetts, I am pursuing a degree in Community Education and Social Change with a minor in Theater. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive while engaging in activities such as singing, dancing, acting, and fostering their development. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of contributing my expertise to support families in their childcare needs! I will become available to work full-time once I graduate in May of 2024.
