About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as attentive, patient, and kind. I like working with kids because I love being able to provide guidance and assistance to our youth. I am currently studying psychology, in order to be a child therapist because of my passion help and protect. I started working with kids when I was 13. All three of my aunts own childcare centers so taking care of children has always been something that I've done and been interested in. Over the years I babysat until I started working at the YMCA as an assistant teacher for infants, occasionally subbing in for toddlers. Unfortunately school at the time did not allow me to stay, however, some of the parents kept in contact and I began babysitting for them. I also started babysitting for my directors church! In my spare time, I like to walk trails in different parks. I have a 7-year-old Doberman and that has always been our favorite activity together. One thing you should know about me is that I am consistent.
