About Kaitlyn

I love working with kids because it's the time in their lives where the care you provide, the fun you have, and the opportunities you take to help them learn create the building blocks of who they blossom into as they grow. I'm looking for a job that is seeking someone who makes their child feel safe and genuinely cared for, who takes the opportunity to play & have fun, and who helps them learn new things as opportunities arise throughout the day. I began working at Ketchum Elementary in 2019 as a reading interventionist. I loved having the opportunity to make each of the children I worked with feel important and loved. I later started working with children diagnosed with Autism when my heart felt it was being pulled to help children more deeply. Each of the children I worked with were so very unique & pushed me to grow in adjusting my own skills to help their individual needs. I am someone who lacks judgement and will respect different views and needs for your child.
