I am very happy to recommend Kaitlin as a nanny. She has looked after our 18 month old and 8 year old daughters and has become an integral part of our family. Kaitlin has worked for us full time for over a year, and I can say without any hesitation that she is caring, conscientious, and hardworking. One of Kaitlin's greatest strengths is that we can always count on her to be there on schedule. She is very accommodating whenever we need her to start earlier or stay later depending on our work schedules, and she is very punctual. When Kaitlin first started with us, she quickly integrated into our family's schedule and also quickly adapted to our parenting style. This helped enormously with the transition. Kaitlin is very trustworthy and I never worry about our children while they are in her care. Through my younger daughter's transition from infancy to toddlerhood, Kaitlin provided the appropriate activities and environment to stimulate her learning, including creating sensory play, regular reading, and outside play. She is very caring and affectionate towards the children, while at the same time drawing clear boundaries.
