About Kaitlyn

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! I have been working with kids in daycare/childcare and coaching settings from infant age to pre-teens since I was 15. I also have an 8-year-old daughter that is helpful, laidback, and a great friend to kids of all ages. We love to do crafts, travel, play board and video games, cool and bake, and so much more! I believe in a gentle parenting approach to kids by treating them as equals (when appropriate) and considering their opinions and suggestions with an open-mind. This line of thinking has led me to establish many trusting and genuine long-lasting connections with the kids I've worked with over the years. I am looking for full-time work during the week with an equally laidback family that would be willing to allow my daughter to be with me on days she is with me after school, and during the summer and holidays. I am prepared to provide transportation, prepare meals, and run errands as needed.
