About Kaitlyn

I work as a Behavioral Technician for children with special needs, and attend college part-time in order to become a school counselor. I spend almost all of my time with children in my career, and have been babysitting for friends, family, and neighbors since I was 12 years old. I am very experienced in creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, passionate, optimistic. I enjoy working with kids because it fulfills me to create bonds with children and help them to achieve great things in life. In my spare time, I like to paint! I love incorporating art into play with the kiddos.
