About Kaitlyn

I have been working with kids since I was about 12/13 years old. I come from a big extended family, so there is almost always need for help with the young ones. I have been babysitting for relatives and family friends for as long as I've been old enough to. I have also had some babysitting gigs with neighbors and other families in the community as well. Besides babysitting, I've worked with children in classroom settings as well. I was an assistant teacher for 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms at my local Sunday school program, and I was a teacher's aide in a 3rd grade classroom. Something families should know about me is that I am very big on communication! Both with the children and parents. I always try to practice patience and communication when dealing with kids.
