About Kaitlin

After working for 7 years in residential care, I've really developed a passion for mentoring and guiding young people. I've been trained in TBRI which is a training that is attachment-based and Trauma-informed that helps me to meet the complex needs of children. It also enables me to work with youth and children that are impacted by adoption and foster care. I also have CPI (Crisis prevention intervention) training which helps me assess and respond quickly to high risk situations. I've supervised 30+ teen girls and staff, and have been able to teach art with a therapeutic focus for 2+ years. Although I love my work, I'm relocating due to my upcoming marriage. I'm excited to see what possibilities are out there and who I'll get to meet along the way! Non-smoker, CPR certified, and I have my own transportation. I work well with children of all ages and am very comfortable around any and all pets! I'm looking to start work the middle of May!
