We interviewed both by phone & in person Kailey for our nanny position for our two children. She was punctual, has good background & references for childcare and had really good rapport with our kids in person. She interviews well; is personable, kind and mature. She was in our final short "list" of candidates to consider hiring. Unfortunately, we went with another candidate, but we'd feel totally comfortable hiring Kailey if we didn't go with the other applicant. We'd highly recommend other families interview Kailey if looking for a nanny. She interviews well,
