Kailee is amazing!!! We used her for 2+ weeks almost every day. She took care of both our 11 month old and our 4.5 year old. Competent and consistent she was a joy to have around. She made sure to keep herself busy around the house when our younger son was napping, folding laundry or tidying up the kitchen even when we hadn't asked. When he was having separation anxiety she would cuddle him and play him his favorite music or take him for a walk in the baby carrier. She had energy to run my older son around and also be consistent to ensure he respected her and the rules of the household and safe play. She naturally would watch both of them and ensure their safety and happiness. We only wish we could convince her to move to California because we would be so happy to have her in our lives more often than just on vacation. Any family would be lucky to have her as a part of their child rearing team!
