About Kaila

I am a self starter with a passion for helping others. My goal is to give your family the environment they need to thrive. I like working with kids because I love watching them learn, seeing their personalities develop and learning how they navigate the world. They are our future and I love that I have opportunities to give them a great start I began working with kids when I was 13, and I babysat the neighborhood littles. I became an infant teacher myself at 21, with 10 infants (6 wks to 24 m) under my management. Over the course of my childcare career, I have directly cared for 30 infants and toddlers. One thing to know about me is I respect children as human beings, and I do not expect them to bend to authority "because we said so". Children are constantly learning, and what we teach them is what they will bring into the world
