About Kadynce

I am an outgoing, caring, organized and passionate person. I have a great work ethic and I love working with kids. I have experience in multiple different child care settings. I have been apart if a Kids Club team at a gym for the last 3 years and within the last year I was promoted to the lead position. In this position I was responsible for watching 10-12 kids at once ages 6m-12y while parents were working out. I upheld a clean and organized environment and after stepping into the lead position I was then responsible for overseeing all the other staff and training new hires. I have also worked in a in home child care position on multiple occasions. At each of these I facilitated school pick up, did light housekeeping, and made sure children were fed and cared for.
