Worked in TCU, Home care, Hospice, Acute, Rehab, Nursing Home, Assisted living and provided: personal care which included grooming, oral care, nail care, dressing, and shaving, encouraged their independence by enforcing the client's' physical activity through exercise, and daily interactions with other residents in community scheduled events, daily housekeeping, meal preparation. I assisted with ambulation/transfer to and from the restroom/WC/Chair with 1, 2 people assist and Hoyer lift, accompanied them to their appointment and created a loving environment to foster trust and assure the client safety, comfort, well-being and lifestyle.
