About Juliet

Hi! My name is Juliet and I'm a nanny from North Carolina. I began my childcare experience helping care for my sister, who is 5 years younger than me, and has Down syndrome, throughout her childhood, and various babysitting jobs. I worked for 2 years as a Behavioral Technician for children and adults with autism and other cognitive disabilities. I also operate a nonprofit and ongoing photography series, The T21 Project, about people with Down syndrome. As far as childcare, I've had over 10 years of babysitting and nannying experience in the United States and in France and Germany, working with up to 5 children per household, ranging from 1-month-old to 13 years old. I adore babies and kids and truly love this work. My references, should you need them, can assure you that your loved ones are in good hands. With my kiddos I emphasize learning new things, making safe decisions, picking up after oneself, mutual respect, and communicating our big feelings calmly and respectfully.
