About Julie

Hello! My name is Julie and I have been passionate about working with children for as long as I can remember. I am a certified teacher in the state of Arizona - I was an elementary school teacher for five years where I taught 1st & 3rd grade. I also worked at Arizona State University for three years where I supervised undergraduate students. I recently received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. I am looking for a family (or families) that needs a tutor. With my background, skill set, and knowledge with elementary school curriculum, I believe that I can be a great asset to any family looking to find a tutor to help with their child(ren) and their needs. I feel most comfortable tutoring for grades K-4th. I believe that every child has potential and with hard work, determination, and persistence, I can be the support that is needed to reach educational goals. I wholeheartedly want children to achieve greatness and to feel confident both inside and outside of the classroom!
