About Julie

I am the 32-year-old mother of three. I have been caring for children for 15 years. I am the eldest of 15 siblings and have been babysitting since I was 12 for children outside our home as well as my own siblings, as when I was growing up our parents worked nights. I have always been good with children even in areas where others struggle to connect or calm children down. I've especially noticed this in working in our children's ministry at church. I've kept many parents from being called out of service by calming down their children. I love having little breakthroughs and connections with children, it's a great feeling. Currently, I stay at home during the day with my son who is 2 and my daughter who is under a year. I am looking for a sitting job during the day. I am more than capable and experienced in handling and attending to multiple young children at once. We have teaching time and enjoy learning new things on a daily basis, we also enjoy a lot of time outdoors when the weather permits. I babysit occasionally for friends and families in our church. I adore working with children and so does my 13-year-old daughter who also volunteers and helps when I babysit as well. She will be home all summer as an extra set of hands and also babysits for date nights when people need her. Ideally, I would like to watch children in our home weekdays during the day, but if something else is needed we can discuss arrangements. I am available to pick up your children if needed after school or preschool. This can all be worked out.
