About Julia

I'd describe my personality as friendly, caring, and enthusiastic I like working with kids because not only does it prepare me for when I navigate my own journey through parenthood, but I get to build friendships with children and do my best to aid in their growth and enrichment. I also like the idea of helping busy parents. I'm looking for a job that's flexible, as I'm still in college and have other clients. A job that consists of a heathy, happy environment would be ideal. I started working with kids when I was about 19. In my spare time, I like to take walks at local parks with my friends, take road trips, and read. One thing you should know about me is that I understand that each child is different and requires different things. I request allergy lists, preferred disciplinary solutions, and fun facts about each child at the beginning of each hire. My skills include interpersonal communication, organization, emotional intelligence, and problem solving.
