Any family would be lucky to have Julian care for their children. He is patient, kind, creative, flexible, and incredibly attuned to children's needs. He worked with us full-time during the pandemic as our kids (5 and 8) were struggling with remote learning and the stresses of being cooped up and otherwise disconnected from normal kid activities. He helped them cope with those stresses, supported them in making great progress in school, and in many ways turned a difficult year into a joyful experience for our children. Our kids adore him. Among the many talents he shared, he taught them how to fish, play ballgames, swim, and - most importantly - manage big feelings and treat each other and their friends with kindness. He is reliable, communicative, and good company for grownups and children alike. He is a gifted caregiver and is sure to be a gift for your family.
