About Julia

I've always loved working with kids! I started out as getting a certificate for mentoring at a close elementary school in high school. And then moved on to a Outdoor School counselor and a Summer camp counselor. I also have experience in the classroom and at a daycare for after school. Which paid for me to get my certificates though Portland State University courses! I'd describe my personality as Optimistic, Kind, and Fun! I like working with kids because I like to see how they learn and adapt to the world around them through maturity out of the classroom! And it's always a plus that they're fun and full of surprises! I started working with kids when I was a kid babysitting my younger cousins and little sister. Putting on plays and setting up fun and creative games and dances at family events! In my spare time, I like to travel with my friends and play with 3 cats and my dog Sparkles! I also love to paint, draw, and write!
