About Julia

Hello! My name is Julia and I'm 21 years old. My childcare experience includes babysitting three children (ages 4, 6, and 9) for two years. I would watch them most Saturday evenings while their parents were out. I helped with dinner and snacks, played games, got them ready for and put them to bed, and cleaned up the house at the end of the night. My experience in working with children aside from babysitting includes assisting in baby ballet classes for a summer as well as substituting occasionally and working recital events. The majority of the dancers were ages 3-6. My duties included demonstrating combinations, helping them learn steps, keeping the class quite, taking kids to the bathroom, and encouraging their love to dance. I also have experience at Build-a-Bear workshop where I am constantly assisting children and helping them find exactly what will make them happy. I love to babysit! There is nothing more rewarding that fostering a child's creativity and imagination.
