I'd describe my personality as energetic, curious, joyful I like working with kids because kids deserve confidence, safe exploration of their world and themselves, and a mutually respectful connection with predictable, healthy caregivers I'm looking for a job that provides long term employment with families who want and need caregiver help and support I started working with kids when I was 14 and babysitting In my spare time, I like to run, read, sing, play the piano, walk, explore, go to the ocean, swim, laugh, be with good friends and eat ice cream One thing you should know about me is I am very good at what I do! My skills include caring, structure, organization, mediation, decreasing anxiety, getting kids to sleep and eat without anxiety, making people smile and laugh, keeping children safe and healthy, advocacy, creating good mental health in others, teaching
