I've worked with Seniors with different health challenges both at their private home and Assisted living facilities through different Agencies. As a care giver, it gives me joy to assist my Client to rediscover their self esteem and enjoy living a fulfilled life towards the end of their life. I'm always driven love and empathy which is very important as a caregiver. It's very important to note as a caregiver that all cases are not the same even where the health challenge of the clients are similar. And moreover there's nothing like the most difficult case for a caregiver hence the manner, approach and techniques applied to cases depends on the individual client, nature of case and tasks agreement between the client, the client family as the case may be and the Agency. My strong point as a Caregiver is making sure I receive thorough orientation of every new case from my Agency Nurse. And I also make sure I submit my activities daily report to my Agency.
