About Joy

I have worked with seniors for about four years. I worked at two different assisted living centers as a dietary aid. I really enjoyed the work as it allowed me the opportunity to bless seniors as if I was waiting on my own Grandmother. I really enjoyed my time with my late grandmother and was delighted to see that she was surrounded by people who truly cared for seniors every time I visited her where she stayed at the nursing homes. In addition to the dietary aid positions I held, I also worked as an in-home personal training specialist for people with developmental disabilities. Not all of them were seniors, but some were and overall they all had the need for companionship, care and interactions with others in the community. I hope that I can fulfill the needs of those who may be home bound or need someone to help take care of them.
