When Joy can watch my girls, she is wonderful. She is very patient with them. She picks up, cleans my kitchen, and folds my laundry. She has a huge heart. Unfortunately, because of family circumstances and sickness, she has not been very dependable. She cancels last minute and has no showed on me before. I really do like her and I'm empathetic to her circumstances, but at the end of the day, I need to work.
