About Joseph

Hi my name is Joey and I recently just graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University. I will be coming back for another year am to get my Masters and work as an Assistant Coach on a Men's basketball team. I'm looking for opportunities to babysit, mentor, and nanny kiddos. My past experience includes babysitting for family friends, working in an after school day care setting, being a camp counselor throughout high school and college, and acting as a peer mentor for aspiring athletes. I hope to be a high school teacher and high school boys basketball coach in the future. In addition to my experience above, I also coach a basketball team comprised of 9-year-olds during the summer, as well as a team of 13-year-olds. I was born and raised in Virginia area and I'm lucky enough to have 3 older sisters. I love family environments and building new relationships. I consider myself to be energetic, patient and kind.
