Jodi is hands down one of the best nannies we have had. She watched our daughter starting at 4 months of age to her current age of 3 years old. She also watched our 5 year old, full time over the summers and part time during the week. Jodi understands kids, is able to communicate with them on their level while maintaining the level of respect for rules/guidelines we & her have set. My kids absolutely love and adore her and constantly ask when they get to see her next. She is able to identify their developmental needs and help them learn and grow mentally, emotionally and physically through each stage. She might help my 5 year old sound out words or keep the attention of the 3 year old to finish a puzzle. She drove our kids to beaches, parks, museums and we felt completely comfortable with her. (Which was a huge step of trust for me). She is kind, trustworthy, extremely responsible and an all around great person. Any family would be lucky to have her.
