Hi family, My name is Josie. I've been working in childcare for the last 7 years. I was an AuPair in the U. S. from 2016 to 2018 for two amazing Host families. I took care of their young children. This experience made me realize how much I enjoy working with kids, my goal is to open my own in-home daycare one day. After my program ended I went back home to Germany , where I continued to work as a nanny. I worked for a family and their sweet young daughter. We formed a close bond and became an important part of each other's life. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to each other when I left Germany to come back to the US in July 2021. After my first AuPair experience I knew I wanted to give it another go. This time for a family with 4 kids under 5, including 2-year-old twins and an infant. I stayed with them for two years and I am so happy I was able to also form a strong bond with them. All the kids I've cared for have a spot in my heart. -I do have an employment authorization document
